“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We needed to move some business equipment one-way from Melbourne to Brisbane, so we contacted Big Box Rentals. From the very beginning, Gary was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. He made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free, and the truck was exactly what we needed for the job. The entire journey was amazing, and everything went according to plan. A big shout-out to Big Box Rentals and especially Gary for the outstanding customer service. We highly recommend Big Box Rentals to anyone looking for reliable rental trucks and excellent support.”

“Had a great experience with Bigg Boxx Rentals! I hired a one-way truck from Brisbane to Melbourne to move my brother’s furniture, and honestly, their pricing surprised me — it was nearly half compared to other rental companies. Everything was straightforward with no hidden costs at all, which made the whole process stress-free. The service and dealing were top-notch. Special thanks to Gill — you’re a legend, mate! Really appreciate the support and smooth experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for affordable and reliable truck rent.”

“I had a great experience with Big Boxx Rental! They were incredibly helpful and managed to get me a truck within just 30 minutes, which made everything so much easier. As a first-time truck user, I really appreciated how kind, patient, and trustworthy the team was—they made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. The pricing was also very affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised when they even gave me a discount on the extra kilometres I used. That level of customer service really stood out. I would definitely recommend Big Boxx Rental to anyone needing a truck, and I’ll absolutely be renting from them again in the future!”

“My partner and I hired a truck for our interstate move from NSW to Victoria. We couldn’t be more grateful for the experience we had with them. They were able to organise a truck for us within a week, which was the perfect size for all our furniture and belongings, we picked it up in Sydney and were able to return the truck once we finished up moving to Melbourne, dropping it off the next day at their depot. The price was great and we loved the convenience. Next time we move we will definitely be utilising this company again, highly recommend!”
